This is a 550 mm extension for some models of Karcher lances, Check it fits your machine.

Stock Number: ES1116695 can be used to extent the gun by about 600mm a section.
My control on the end of our lance is difficult to regulate and I feel need replacement is there a spare part i can buy

You could replace the spray 'gun' itself but do not expect to regulate like a hosepipe trigger spray as every pressure washer I have used is either on or off. You can vary the pressure washers force using a Vario lance like shown on: http://www.espares.co.uk/search/ma877pt1660/pressure-washers/lances/karcher
