I have just replaced the water valve on my Samsung Rs21dcns the water is now flowing again but the ice tray isn’t getting filled up. The ice machine itself seems to be working fine. Any suggestions? 1 Answer

It is likely to be the motor on the ice maker, you would need to use a multimeter to determine if it has failed.
When I press the test button on ice maker it doesn’t move ,tray is stuck up side down ,does this mean the unit is faulty 1 Answer

This sounds like a jammed ice maker so replacing should resolve the problem.
Also replacement of the rubber at the end of the water feed pipe
