Hi, I have a Rangemaster Professional 110 Stainless Steel ceramic, The only code I can find is U1 217 03. The 2.2kW dual ring only works on the outer ring.,Do you think it is the element or the energy regulator? s/n is 6240100302: 1 Answer

It could be either, usually with ceramic cooker elements it is possible to examine and visually see a break on an element.

If the clock has 'failed' it will disable the oven as it defaults to 'automatic' until the clock is set. Check the electric supply to the cooker and check if there is an over temperature cut out near the top of the oven at the back and this has not cut out.
