Have a problem with heat escaping from oven door.Have changed oven seal but no difference .Checked door hinges and seemed to be OK .What else could it be 1 Answer

I have a Neff single oven B1432 S2GB and the door will not close fully with a small gap at top where the heat escapes.what do i need to repair this problem 1 Answer

The hinge 'runners' Stock Number: ES664231 are likely to be distorted and causing this problem.
The screw caps have broken hence my question.
