The image of the rear outer tub Stock Number: ES1537893 shows a hole at the top. This I believe has a hose that is push fitted into it. Remove this hose and slowly rotate the broken paddle to the top under the hole. You may then be able to remove any locating screw that is holding the paddle in place. If this is not possible it may be necessary to dismantle the drum?, however this is unlikely to be the case.

I have newer had to remove a drum to fit paddles. This should be similar to the one in our video: http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/7/1528/how-to-change-a-washing-machine-drum-paddle-l
