I have a FP250 which sounded horrible and then just stopped working completely. Will a new motor fix the problem and can I dismantle and reassemble myself (are the instructions foolproof?)? or does it need an expert? 1 Answer

It is likely to be the motor, unfortunately we do not have a video available on replacing the motor.
I have Kenwood Multipro FP270 food processor. During usage burning smell comes out from it. Can you please confirm any solution for same. If the part is required to be replaced, can you please guide if the same can be available in India. 1 Answer

If the motor has been burning the smell will still be on the windings. If this is the case you can order a replacement from us as we can send to India.
I have a Kenwood Chef model A901 and there is a burning smell from it. What do I need to repair it 1 Answer

The two most likely areas for a burning smell to come from is either the motor windings and brushes or the control board and switches. You will need to dismantle and examine to confirm the source and part required.
