This is a new style aluminium dough hook which is suitable for the the old circlip and new bayonet style of fitting. This Dough Hook takes the hard work out of kneading bread, giving the correct level of elasticity for bread and pastry dough. It is ideal for use making dough for bread, pastries and cookies.
