      I'm looking for a kettle lid 8.5cm across...is this its size? 1 Answer

      I have a kettle from Next with a lid that's failed and this looks like a good replacement if it's the right size of course.

      Your service made it easy to order the correct replacement part. Unfortunately it arrived badly broken even with ample bubble wrapping. You quickly responded to my findings and shipped a new item. It arrived in good order. I would have preferred it was done correctly the first time but your recovery effort was quick.
