Between the gasket and the pump housing the metal parts include a small black metal crescent shaped piece which I think prevents the filter holder cup being rotated too far. Do you know (a) which way up this is supposed to go and (b) where it is supposed to go? Thanks

Sorry but we have not been provided with this information from the manufacturer.
Told missing a spre part on sump - White small part but don't know what is missing . Machine does make coffee but very slowly

We do not have an exploded diagram for your appliance. This seal will likely be used on the pipework to the boiler/heater.
