Oven not reaching cooking temperature but fans operating and warm air being blown by fans.

A typical oven fan element will have a resistance of between 20 and 30 ohms.
My samsung cooker bf641 fst cooker trips the breaker when I turn the oven on. So I assume it's the element. Can you test the element to see if it's no good thanks

If you carefully look at the element you may find a small blister or crack on its surface indicating a problem. If you use a meter on a high resistance setting you should not get a reading between the elements terminals when disconnected to the metalwork or earth.
