Hi, my husband took apart our Beko DCU8230 to replace the on off switch with one purchased from yourselves unfortunately he deleted the picture of the wiring on the front panel. Do you have any information regarding the wiring off this product so that we can put it back together? Thanks
- Hi, on beko dryers behind the on/off switch you should see a brown and orange connector taped together and then a red/yellow connector and a purple/orange/yellow connector, put the brown and orange cable either side of the switch and then put the red and yellow connector under the orange side and the purple/yellow/orange under the brown side, hope this helps.

The two live connectors (usually brown) go one side of the switch barrier and the two neutral (usually blue) on the other.
The dryer starts then stops almost immediately, sometimes stays on 5 minutes, even 10. Occasionally, it will even goes for 20 minutes, so as you see, it is an intermittent fault. ls this switch likely to cure the problem?

Unless the switch crackles or shows signs of burning it is unlikely to cause the problem. Check the door switch, power cable to the dryer for signs of damage and burning. If all ok suspect the control panel.
If I need a new part can I fit it myself,if so could you pls explain how

You will need to gain access to switch by removing the fascia, please see a video on removing the switch on a tumble dryer www.youtube.com/watch?v=KibCEXsesK4 just copy and paste into your browser.

Can anyone let me know what switch I need that is behind the start/pause button as pushing the button isn't working to well. It's looking like the button is pushed right in but it's not activating the switch. Thank you
