does the slot on this pulley have any movement in it,the one i want to replace moves quite a bit one side looks rectangular the other looks like a figure 8 i dont know if this is worn thanks 1 Answer

When tightened the pulley should be fixed and not move. If it has come loose and damaged then it should be replaced.
