Motor spins but there is very little power. The same on all four speeds. Lights work ok. Does the spare motor comes with control switches?

We believe this motor comes complete with control switches and lamp holder.

We have little information on this hood but this motor may also come with the control switches to resolve your problem.

The motor would not stop the lights as well. Check you still have a supply reaching the hood by connecting another device to the wall socket. If supply at the socket is ok suspect the switch bank assembly.
