the thermo o m ine as wires on it like this one so looks the same.though seems like no way of removing it from fitting at grill .no thread or nut just static fixture in a collar. would have to cut off end and jam end of this one in collar.seems strange.????

The thermocouple 'sensing tip' should push into a holder or bracket and be normally fixed by a spring clip.
