    Error F13 refers to the air duct NTC overheating so check all the air pathways for any type of blockage.

    We believe you can check the heater for any signs of damage that would indicate the element has failed, the only way to test the element is why a multimeter.     The heating element does not have a reset switch check the thermostats before suspecting the heater but if it has failed it will require replacing.
