What should the resistance be across the windings on the motor ? So i know if this is the part i need to order

You should expect a resistance reading through the motor to indicate you have continuity, also check for any signs of damage or burning to the motor.
My dishwasher,will fill and empty but it isent spraying water out of the water jets,it just makes an intermitent humming noise. Can these motors stick with lack of use ? the model number is FDAL 11010P

You need to check for anything blocking the motor impellor, the motor can become stiff if it hasn't been used in a long time.
