A little piece of broken plastic washed out of the brewing unit when cleaning the unit. Ever since the coffee grounds don't get thrown out into the trester container cleanly (some watery grounds left in the brew unit), and sometimes not at all. A lot of water gets into the trester.

You will need to check the brewing unit to confirm that it has broken and needs replacing before ordering.
tHE COFFEE WILL NOT BREW BECAUSE THE WATER DOES NOT GET HOT. WHAT PART DO I NEED TO FIX THE UNIT? NEW BREWER OR IS THE WATER HEATED ELSE WHERE IN THE UNIT? DO YOU HAVE THE PART I NEED AND WHAT IS IT SO I CAN ORDER. NOT NEAR REPAIR STATION

There is a separate heater and you would have to test it with a multimeter to determine if it has failed.
