Freezer Door Seal

I have enquired (twice) about a freezer seal for my Siemens fridge/freezer KI86SAF30G/01, FD9409 and I keep being sent a report about a rubber seal for a Bosch fridge/freezer, why's that? Can a human take my question please? 1 Answer
It's for a Siemens KI86SAF30G/01, not for a Bosch
