Do you need a special tool to undo the screws of the old hinges of a Neff Fridge door and if so what is it called and where can you get it? 1 Answer

Stock Number: ES1251179 will remove Torxs type screws.
The door to our Siemens larder fridge will not stay shut and I have been told it is the hinges that need replacing but I do not know the model number. We only have a general instructions brochure and I have looked on the fridge, but without pulling the whole thing out of the housing, I cannot find a model number. The picture of the set of two hinges on your website look like the ones on my fridge (I would need two sets). Do you know if Siemens fit these hinges to all their fridges?
