Having searched on line for new dispensing drawer and read the reviews I was really optimistic the the problem would be solved. Sadly, even though the service from espares was excellent I still have the same problem. Can anyone help PLEASE!

  • Hi, it sounds as though you may have a blockage in your new dispenser drawer, in the conditioner syphon- possibly a lump of conditioner? You can pop the lid up to have a look. Just insert your thumb into the gap above where it says Max and pull gently upwards to open up the syphon & look inside. Then press down gently to click back in place. Did you know you can wash your detergent dispenser in your dishwasher? By jimbob036 - Cambridge - 06 May 2012
  • It should be working ok if you've got a new drawer, unless the conditioner siphon is blocked. You can pop the lid of the central bit up & have a look inside to see if there are any lumps in the way. You can then rinse it out, or put it in your dishwasher. By jimbob036 - Cambridge - 04 May 2012

Please let me know if this includes the dispenser cover - we had ours break off the dispenser. That is what we want to replace. if I need to replace the whole unit does it come with instructions? Thank you Kind regards K

  • This item does not include the front plate, my husband had to take the old one off our original dispenser and it did then fit the new dispenser. By dickensfan - Kent - 06 October 2009
  • The front cover is a separate part which clips onto the soap dispenser. There are no instructions but it is obvious where the parts fit together. By deucharsipa - Scotland - 22 September 2009

The only part that would normally come of this is the drawer front and the cover for the syphon shown at the 4 o'clock position on the 1st image.

Hi, on our washer the flip up top has broken away from the tray. Is it this not locating correctly that makes the siphoning action not work properly?. Has anyone bought a new tray to cure this and had success?, thanks.

  • I bought a new dispenser drawer and it worked. I also cleaned the water inlet over the conditioner dispenser section. Annon, Liverpool By Anonymous - Liverpool - 24 November 2010
