The wheels you sell comes with metal thing, the hoover already has similar metal thing on it and it does not come off. Also the width of both of these metal thing are different size.

The castor and its spindle can both be removed from the cleaner but may take a bit of pulling with pipe grips or large pliers to remove. If the shaft is a different size you have ordered the wrong type.

These castors simply pull out of the base. If the castor comes off the spindle use a pair of grips or pliers and pull with a snatching action to remove it.
