Hi wyatt, you must connect the new regulator in exactly the same way as the old one. Before you remove the wires from the original regulator take a photo so you know where to put the wires on your new regulator.
The original switch does not have this green cable but does have a earth cable connected from the back of the cooker to the front panel.
