Tumble Dryer Poly-Vee Drive Belt - 1991H8PHE
If you have a belt in your tumble dryer that has worn, stretched out even snapped, it will not be able to spin the drum in your machine - meaning your clothes could be left damp at the end of the cycle. eSpares has this replacement belt, which could be the answer to getting the drive system back up to speed in your tumble dryer.
The Poly-Vee belt (ribbed belt) looks like a flat belt but has V-shaped ribs along the inside for better friction between the drive system and the belt. eSpares could soon get you back to nice dry clothes again, with your tumble dryer performing at its best, in no time!
Specification:
- Type: Poly-Vee
- Length: 1991mm
- Type of ribs: H
- Number of ribs: 8
- Elasticity: PHE
- Includes: Bearings

Hi i am a little confused as to how this replaces some wheels, so i dont suppose there are some instructions for this now are there? 1 Answer

During production the drum support wheels were replaced with the bearing pads supplied with the kit Stock Number: ES546701. In practice when the wheels seize they usually damage their wheel mountings on the base and cannot be replaced without a new base. The cabinet front is designed to accept these bearing pads (four), simply offer the left?pin into the bracket with the pad at 90% to the front and then turn to lock in place.

Unfortunately we do not have a guide or fitting instructions for this part. Please seek technical advice from an engineer.
Hi. I have noticed from the associated picture that the rear bearing included is of the square box type. The bearing fitted to this CTD00P is the tear drop shaped unit sold seperately. Does this Matter?

Yes later versions of this model use the tear drop shaped bearing. This is the correct baring for your appliance: http://www.espares.co.uk/part/tumble-dryers/indesit/p/1088/805/0/0/865498/tumble-dryer-drum-rear-be.html
machine is hotpoint

Hi Bone, I'm afraid we don't stock bearing parts for the VTD00P. Apologies.
