I am getting a error code as the filter at the front of my machine is getting blocked when I open up the filter water comes gushing out all over the floor is there a hose or anything to put on it when I open it up ?

There is always likely to be about a cup of water left in the filter when the machine has drained, This can be mopped up or allowed out into a shallow dish like a frying pan. do not remove with the machine full as you may end up with over a gallon of water on the floor. Lower the drain hose to run the water out if the pump does not work.
