- pop it in boiling water to soften enough to flex into position otherwise it wouldnt go in at all.

How do I remove the old baffle? The one in the linked video is a totally different design of baffle. The one on this page (which my machine has) has 8 holes, but I can't see inside the holes well enough to see if there's a screw or tab or something. Pulling and sliding does not seem to work. Don't want to break it.
