      removal and replacement of new item 1 Answer

      suspect heater has cut out or failed when water supply lost. Have identified above item as replacement. Should be grateful for advice in removing old item. Is the element removed via centre bolt ?

      I would highly recommend eSpares

      Your service made it easy to order the correct replacement part. Unfortunately it arrived badly broken even with ample bubble wrapping. You quickly responded to my findings and shipped a new item. It arrived in good order. I would have preferred it was done correctly the first time but your recovery effort was quick.
