The filter should fit exactly the same way as the original, there is usually a section on the filter in the user manual.
Have removed front cover but don't know how to get basket out ?

Coins hairgrips and other debris can cause the filter to jam. Remove the whole pump assembly and shake the debris out of the inlet hose and the filter should then come out.
when are the photos going to be up for candy washing machine filters as i need to check its the right part
