Does the pump casing come complete with the front screw cap and the black screw cap inside. 1 Answer

The housing is supplied as shown in the three images with the cap and filter.
Water is just pouring through my machine when it is filling, my filter is clean, it is only coming out the bottom. 1 Answer

If it is leaking while filling check the dispenser hose is not blocked with detergent. If the machine leaks when water is in there is likely to be damage to either the door seal or a hole in the tub caused by a coin. Disconnect the power and remove the back to identify where the leak is from.
