      Thermostat temperature remains constant -21 degree 1 Answer

      Despite lowering the temperature it still remains -21degree Does is require to change the freezer thermostat

        It is possible the thermostat is stuck and the compressor is running continuously. if the compressor stops periodically and restarts later the thermostat will be recognising the temperature. Replace it if it does not stop.

      I would highly recommend eSpares
      I would highly recommend eSpares. It was easy to order online and the parts arrived quickly. Unfortunately one of the three parts I ordered arrived broken. It was easy to contact eSpares through their Web chat and they sent another part within a few days. Would definitely use again.

      Your service made it easy to order the correct replacement part. Unfortunately it arrived badly broken even with ample bubble wrapping. You quickly responded to my findings and shipped a new item. It arrived in good order. I would have preferred it was done correctly the first time but your recovery effort was quick.
