The capillary for the thermostat will either push into a small pipe in the lining where it will be directed to the back of the 'wet wall'. Or if it has an exposed evaporator it will be clipped or fastened around the inside and attached to an evaporator plate within the fridge. If it is the second type it is important for at least 50 mm of the tip to be in direct contact with the evaporator or the temperature will not regulate correctly.

The manufacturers information is not to clear as it appears to cover two different models. The information suggests the UK model has the thermostat in the lamp housing behind the adjuster knob.
