Bosch SGS53C12GB. On starting cycle it pumps out, then fills, then the Check Water light comes on. If I open the door the water is not yet up to the door seal so it is not overfull. I noticed that the machine was running for a couple of hours and it sounded as if it was continually filling and pumping. Is this a jug impellor problem? Or is there a switch that tells it there is enough water and to begin operating. Any help appreciated.

Hi, here is a link to one of our espares advise videos in which we cover common faults with Bosch washing machine. By the description you have provided I believe that the resolution to your problem is mentioned in the video. http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/7/2593/how-to-identify-an-error-code-on-a-bosch-neff-or-siemens-washing-machine-
I keep getting the check water light and the dishwasher will not fill. Tipping the machine to the side cures the problem but it always comes back after a few washes. I cant keep pulling the machine out and tipping it up. Please can you suggest what is causing the problem. Is a new impellor jug what I need to fix this issue? My Bosch Dishwasher is model No SGS56E18GB/1.

If water runs out as you tip the machine then it is likely you have a leak. The water is gathering in the base (as it is designed to) and this causes a float to shut the machine down. For information on this problem see our diagnosis video: How to Diagnose Dishwasher leaking and heating problems http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/3/2083/how-to-diagnose-dishwasher-leaking-and-heating-problems
the water gets drawn in but just keeps recycling itself not going into machine any help would be gratefully received . model no sgs43t72 uk26

There is a common problem on Bosch dishwashers that can cause this problem. Take of the top and right side panel and you will see a red 'float' in an open chamber about 100mm from the base in the middle. On fill water passes this float to the sump through a hose, this hose blocks from grease build up causing the water to raise the float prematurely whilst filling. The machine thinks it has overfilled and turns the pump on to drain. This cycles repeatedly. To cure this remove the hose to the base (it pushes into place) and clean before reassembly. Use a dishwasher cleaner to prevent reoccurrence.
