Hi tkaplanis, you'll need to remove the lower basket, the lower spray arm, and then all components underneath, such as the sump (water reservoir) to reach to drain pump.

Hi Freddie1, replacing a drain pump is a tricky job and I wouldn't advise trying it yourself unless you're 100% confident you can pull it off!
It's for a Neff d/washer S5943X2GB/15 - the machine is not draining and once I follow the Neff guidance and can access the pump how can I tell it's the pump that's faulty?
