1 purchase a fridge door seal for my ariston about 1 month ago from yourselves however i put it in the groove of the door but it is still doing the same problem as in its coming away from the door but will not stick to the fridge So ice is building up inside and the door will not close. Please can you help, have I done something wrong. or is their some magnet that is missing Please inform asap Thank you Miss Dormant
