There appears to be no pressure and the when the trigger is released nothing happens the motor continues to run

    The machine will only turn off if there is sufficient pressure generated by the pump. Make sure the inlet connector is the correct type. If this is OK then it may be due to worn seals on the pump itself or a damaged seal.
