Cooker Thermocouple Temperature Sensor

I purchased this from you however I am unsure as to how to access this part on the cooker. You had very good instructions on youtube for the oven fan. Couldn't find anything for the thermocouple... Cooker is Smeg 6 burner stainless range style...don't know actual model no. Thank you
