We believe the pump is located in the base, check for blockage and test the pump before suspecting anything else.
Bosch Condensing Dryer WTE84307GB Does anyone know if the pump should run all the time or only when water is there. How do I prove it is the pump that is broken? Could it be the main board?

You can see on the images of this pump there is also a float switch.
