Washing Machine 30mm Bearing & Seal Kit Stock Number: ES1016831
Genuine spare part for select Ariston, Creda, Hotpoint and Indesit washing machines
the model no is first edition wma9
- not sure what size you need but my advise is make sure you can get the old one out of the housing before you order new ones. So you be able to measure the shaft. Half drum assemble the new bearings fit might be the best option

Check if your model is an IWC61451, if it is the drum on your machine is not repairable as it is welded together and cannot be parted and re sealed after bearing replacement. It is likely to be cheaper to have a fixed price repair with Repaircare than replace the drum unit Stock Number: ES871622
So far so good .. but cannot separate the drum spindle from the rear bearing. I see mention here on another question that a sledge hammer had to be used before success? I've not reached that stage yet but copious amounts of penetrating fluid, persuasion with a mallet and carefully administered heat hasn't helped me so far. Any advice?

Hold the inner and outer tub about 12 to 24 inches above a hard block of wood and allow to drop onto the end of the spindle. The shock and inertia will usually release it.
- I suggest you dismantle and measure old bearings first, I didn't and it cost me Time and money
- Yes. Inner bearing is 30mm and outer 25mm. But you must fit a new seal! Use steam heat to expand bearing holder to ease bearing removal and replacement.
I've just stripped down my Hotpoint WF00P, needed a sledge hammer to remove the inner drum as one of the old bearings was such a tight fit! The one flush to the inner drum is a 30 mm but the other has a 25mm diameter and as a result won't slide on/off without significant effort. The spindle has a slight taper and this 25mm bearing just sits at the end (30 mm would leave a gap), I'm guessing providing it's own water tight seal. Any advice on the right replacement kit? Thanks.
all the 'will this fit my model' suggestions have a code after the WMA44 bit. My machine only has WMA44 - which bearings do I need? Thanks ...
Do I need the 30mm or 35mm bearing kit for the WMA58 6Kg?
Will this part fit my appliance?
