i have tried to unscrew boiler drainage plug located on the bottom of the appliance but its will not unscrew any tips to unscrew plug will be well come. secondly would any liquid help to unblock if there is any dirt or so to get the steam going.

The problem is likely to be due to a build up of limescale if in a hard water area. Use the descaler in the appliance to break up limescale. Drain the water out and fill with fluid allowing it to stand before flushing through. Try using water pump pliers to remove the drain plug.
Water and steam come from the soleplate of my Bosch Sensixx B25L steam iron when it is heating up. It eventually stops and works normally. A solution would be welcome. 1 Answer

If you have hard water it is certainly worth running a descaler through the iron. The likely cause of the steam you describe is water leaking from the tank when stored. Try emptying before storage and turning the steam selector off as this may resolve the problem.
