do you get the hinge blocks included,or do you have to order them separate.

Hi steve, the price quoted above is for one hinge; to order two you'll need to change the quantity at the basket page. The mounting for the hinge is a separate part. To find the mounting for your oven, simply search its model number in the bar at the top of the page to list all parts available for it.

Answer this question

I have removed the main oven door (side opening) from my Creda 48122. However I also removed the 'hinge' fixings top and bottom and now cannot get the screws to 'hold' in order for me to replace the hinges and door!. i guess there must have been something at the back of the metal which the screws were screwed into? Any advice?

It is likely you will need to remove the side panels to access the back of the screws and refit any screw retaining plate.

Hi there, the two hinges fit different cooker models. You can see which models each one fits by looking at the Model This Part Fits sections.

Advice give in this section included:- Replacing oven door hinges on a Creda Date: 10 | 07 | 2009 ...To start the job, close the oven door, try to lift it and pull out the bottom of it at the same time! Sounds difficult but "with a little help from a friend" you can do it. Now, with the door off, its easy... When you have fitted the hinges and screwed the front panel and handle back on, you need "a little help from your friend" again.... ---------------------------------------------- I tried to do this but failed at the first hurdle - where "the little help from a friend" is recommended. I can lift the door OK but it doesn't seem to go high enough to clear the nib on the hinge that stops it being withdrawn. What am I doing wrong? I have even removed the side cover of the oven to see what is going on, but I can't see any way of lifting the hinge high enough to release it - I'm stuck, please help! The term "A little help from a friend" used to imply getting a big hammer to the job, but big hammers and glass panels don't seem to go together all that well, do they? The existing hinges don't seem that bad, but appear have caused the glass door to fould the bottom oven trim and on one side the door braket has broken from its adhesive, which I intend to repair with espares' sealant and I would like to replace the hinges too, if possible.

Hi, i have a broken hinge on my oven but all i know is that it's a jackson winchester. I can't find a model number anywhere and don't have any other details about it. Do you have any idea if this is a universal hinge that will fit my oven? The hinge looks pretty similar to the picture. Should i post a photo? Thanks.

Hi Rachel84, I'm afraid I couldn't say for sure if this hinge will fit your cooker without knowing the model number. It should be printed somewhere on the cooker - check our guide to help you locate it: http://www.espares.co.uk/findingmodelnumbers.aspx#a1

In have a 1996 Hotpoint BD31 (no other model letters) which needs 2 new main oven door hinges. There are 2 hinges listed for the other BD31 models, this one (ES547085) and the ES209718. Which one is suitable for the main oven door? Is there anything I can measure to check?
