Creda oven door roller catch purchase for c360e part did not come with screws which I only have one of from old catch where can I get them or should they have been supplied?

    The roller catch should be in the oven body not the door panel. To access the catch remove the side panel.

    We think it is necessary to remove the hob top to access screws along the top edge. Also check that any screws on the back edge are also removed.

    This catch is shown on the manufacturers exploded diagram as being fitted on the oven facia frame on the right hand side. It will be necessary to remove the side panels to access and remove this catch.

I can see how to replace the thing on the oven door. But how do you replace the roller catch inside the body of the actual oven, please? And does this kit come with the thing on the oven door or is is just the roller catch.

    To fit this catch remove one door hinge to detach the door and then part the front and back panels of the door by removing the screws. for access to the catch.
