Oven and grill NOT heating up, interior light and fan ok. Does the cut out cooker thermostat control both the oven and the grill elements ? or could it be the function switch at fault ?

There should be a 'cut in' thermostat that turns the fan on when hot and runs until cold.
The halogen units on the hob only work on full power or off. Originally this only affected one unit but over a few months they've all started doing the same thing. Which part do I need to rectify the problems
