The seal on the cylinder head to the control head could be leaking or their could be damage to the control head or outlet connection so check these areas.
My pressure washer is just over a year old and i noticed a burning smell coming from the motor, no smoke. This has also resulted in a loss of power, which under normal lance is just reduced pressure, but with the tile cleaning head causes it to pulse. I have read and watched lots on pulsating issues, to be fixed via changing the head, but all articles do not mention a burning smell. What do you recommend ?

If the pressure washer emits a burning smell, the internal parts may have been damaged by a sudden surge of electricity. We would recommend seeking professional advice to check the pressure washer.
I have a k4 premium eco and it is leaking water only when the trigger is pulled on the gun, I have stripped it down but can't see any cracks or damaged parts, help? 1 Answer

If it automatically stops when not in use we would suggest you start by replacing the piston seals in the cylinder head as a crack would usually cause the machine to pulse and not stop.

Hi, do I have to buy the pressure washer grooved rings separately for this cylinder head or are they included? 1 Answer

It is normal to almost fill the gear box with oil but allow a little air to prevent excessive pressure build up as it gets hot during use.

We have no information on this but if the machine totally stops for a period of time then restarts it is likely the motor has overheated and has a thermal cut out. Most domestic machines would not be used for over an hour so it may not be faulty only replacing the motor and capacitor would prove if faulty or not.
K5 unit only couple of years old if that seems fine using dirt blaster but today using the vario gun the spray is really poor and uneven and the pump pressure seems low and its pulsing . Never done this before checks filter , fgun is clear , any ideas where to start , gun or pump

Check the filter on the inlet is clean and the water supply is sufficient and no air leaks. If the problem continues try another spray head as this may be due to dirt restricting the spray nozzle. If still unresolved and no leaks suspect cylinder head seals.
