    In most instruction books it will have a paragraph stating 'specifications subject to change' as this is not unusual. The lower element may be some 20 percent different to your figure but it is likely to be able to reach the correct temperature required. If there is a difference in power the distribution of heat may change and the lower to upper variation of temperatures may increase. I certainly would use this if no other could be identified.

i have a kenwood range cooker ck446 it has 2 ovens the fan assisted oven does not reach temp is the element at the bottom of the cooker
