As long as the timer has a shaft that can be adapted by the kit then yes it would be suitable if the original knob is not available.
Is it suitable for push ignition?

We think this should be suitable however it may be necessary to 'pack' the shaft chamber to ensure the knob does not slide down to far without pushing the control shaft.
