This will fit if you measure the external diameter of your hose end and confirm it is 32 mm.

I have bought a new Vac as above. The Floor tool drags the carpet.It has a plastic base. Is the steel one better please.

The biggest cause of the problem is the suction sticking the head to the carpet. By using a Turbo type tool this will reduce the problem. Search Universal Turbo Floor Tool for alternatives.

The metal base of the tool will allow it to easily glide over carpets. However if your cleaner has a powerful suction this then makes moving the tool a lot harder. Most vacuum hoses have a adjustable air inlet by the handle. By opening this you can reduce the suction and make the tool easier to manoeuvre. Wheels tend just to hold the tool away from the surface.

This part is for dry use, as you would with a standard floor tool.
