The fan motor is the cause of your problem. Replace it with an original motor unless you are sure you can fit a compatible part.

Yes fan and element should start immediately. Check at the top for a cut out like Stock Number: ES491201 this should measure short circuit.

What is the tolerance between the setting by the control knob and the actual temperature in the oven 1 Answer
My current oven always heats up to a higher temperature than is set by the control knob by anything from about 10 degrees to about 40 degrees, with an average of about +20 degrees. Will a new thermostat correct this error or do I have to accept it. After all this is only a domestic appliance not a space capsule!

Bottom oven has failed. Everything else works bottom fan, light top oven and grill. What should I expect if I meter the old one? Can you suggest anything else?

the gas rings and grill works but the oven will ignite for a short while then the gas cuts out would this be the correct part or is it the thermocouple gone the cooker is a indesit k 344(G)G S/N308192135 has already said all gas rings and grill inside oven works _with the exception of the oven able to ignite but does not stay on thankyou for any help you may offer
