Oven Door Roller Catch Stock Number: ES836131
Genuine spare part for select models of Cannon, Hotpoint and Creda cookers
If any one knows or could give me a link to a website showing how to get to the roller catch on the main oven door. This would be greatly appreciated as I don't want to take apart what does not need to be taken apart.

We do not have a specific video for your model but it should be very similar to the procedure shown in the attached video.
The door opens right to left. The catch is behind door panel. How do I remove door panel and fit door catch please?

On your model remove the top hinge to lift the door off and then remove the screws holding the two parts together to access this catch

We believe you will need to remove the side panel by taking out the three screws on the back edge and the three screws on the front edge of the panel. Note if the new catch does not appear to have 'threads cut' for the screws it may be normal as the old screws will cut there own threads as you put them in.

The oven door roller catch is situated on the oven door.

Remove the door and take off one of the caps on the frame. Unscrew the catch and slide it out. Slide the catch down the frame into position and use screwdrivers or whatever to hold in position while you attach the screws. Then reassemble as required.
The catch on my Indesit KD3G2(A)/G has broken and the oven door stays open after trying to close it. Can you tell me how to install the roller catch to the door please. Thank you.

To fit the catch it will be necessary to remove the right hand side panel. We have filmed a video on a similar cooker that should be available in the next few weeks.

How do I fit a new Oven Door Roller Catch catch to a Hotpoint Ultima Electric Oven with a Gas Hob? 1 Answer
I am unable to get at the area where the catch is.

If you cannot locate the lock in the door frame take the door off and slide it into the channel. The screws will cut the threads in the lock itself.

To replace this you will have to remove the side panel. The threads for the fixing screws will be tapped by the screws when fitting.
Will this part fit my appliance?
